Warranty
ATOM8 ROBOTIC LABS PRIVATE LIMITED ( “ATOM8” ) warrants the below mentioned products against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of original installation, on terms and conditions as follows.
Terms and Conditions
- Warranty will commence from the date of purchase invoice.
- Warranty is available in India and to first purchasers of the Product only.
- Warranty applies only to products installed in their original installation location.
- To avail Warranty services, customers should approach ATOM8 support and must present the original Warranty Certificate (duly signed and stamped by ATOM8).
- If it is determined by ATOM8 that the product has any manufacturing defect, then ATOM8 will repair or replace the defective product.
- Warranty of repaired or replaced product shall thereafter continue only for the unexpired period of Warranty.
- Defective product shall be duly returned to ATOM8 and will be the property of ATOM8.
- In the event of any unforeseeable circumstance the same product or product with similar design is not available, the product will be replaced with an equivalent model available at that time.
- It is clarified that ATOM8 will not be responsible to the customer for any economic loss, commercial loss, consequential or resulting liability, damage to the property or any other harm or loss to the customer.
- The guarantee or warranty period is expired..
- The serial number label is missing or unrecognizable.
- The product has been modified or repaired by any unauthorized service center or personnel during its guarantee or warranty period.
- The defect was subject to abuse, improper use not conforming to product manual instructions, or environmental conditions more severe than those specified in the manual and specifications.
- Damage caused by user (including but not limited to breakage of the module, wrong installation, no electrical earthing).
- Spillages or moisture (including but not limited to exposure or contact with any liquid).
- Any harm caused due to accident, negligence, improper maintenance, mishandling, tampering, incurred in transit by the customer or which can be attributed to the fault of the customer.
- Accidents including but not limited to operating product in conditions otherwise than normal conditions (e.g., abnormal voltage surge, extreme environmental conditions etc.)
- Any defect in any electrical/civil installation(s), wiring or third party products..
- Failure or damages due to voltage conditions, blown fuses, open circuit breakers, or the inadequacy, unavailability, or interruption of electrical, internet service provider, or mobile device carrier service or your home network.
- Unauthorized modifications including but not limited to the opening of the module, changing wiring.
- Use of ATOM8 products with incompatible or faulty equipment, using on higher loads.
- The defect was subject to Force Majeure, such as acts of God, flood, lightning, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft, brownouts or sags (damage due to low or high voltage disturbances).
Credit Cards
We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Multiple-Product Orders
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Atom8 reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Other Conditions
These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. Atom8 reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.
Out-Of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all of our products. If you are unsatisfied with your product in any way, we will refund the full price of the unit once it has been received at our facility. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the unit.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Time — Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Atom8 shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Atom8 shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Atom8 will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
